Natural Nighttime Drink for Kidney Support: Lemon & Ginger Recipe

  • 1 fresh lemon (juice)
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 cup warm water

  2. Add grated ginger and chopped parsley to the water.
  3. Stir in turmeric powder.
  4. Squeeze in the juice of one fresh lemon.
  5. Add honey and mix well.
